BHG Safety Partners was born from a simple, non-negotiable belief: workplace safety is not a compliance checkbox — it is a moral obligation. Founded by a Disabled Veteran with more than 45 years of combined industry experience, our firm has grown from a boutique consulting practice into one of the Midwest's most trusted safety partners.

Our roots are in the field. Before writing a single safety program or delivering a training session, our team spent years working alongside the laborers, machinists, and construction crews whose lives depend on sound safety culture. That ground-level perspective shapes every audit, inspection, and curriculum we produce.

We have performed over 5,000 industrial hygiene surveys and 7,000+ safety audits for companies ranging from small fabrication shops to Fortune 500 manufacturers. Our trainers have educated more than 31,000 students across OSHA 10, OSHA 30, forklift certification, confined-space entry, lockout/tagout, and dozens of other disciplines.
